hilary worton - senior director

With over 20 years’ experience, Hilary Worton began her career in the pharmaceutical industry in 1985. Since then her career has been split equally between client-side and agency experience. Her time client-side spanned sales, marketing and business intelligence and included practical experience in start-ups, product and company acquisitions, and product launches.

Prior to originally joining Aequus in 2007, Hilary spent 12 years at IMS Health, where she held positions spanning all aspects of market research and was a founding member of what is now IMS Health Consulting.

Between 2011 and 2014, Hilary spent time away from Aequus, as head of the International Custom Healthcare team for Ipsos in Europe as well as Managing Director for Symphony Health Solutions.

Hilary has worked across most disease areas and has a particular interest in issues relating to pre-launch planning and lifecycle management.
